The 13mm Small Jaw Crusher Machine (250×400 mm / 10"×16") manufactured by N.S. Engineering Works in Mandi Gobindgarh is an industrial-duty primary and secondary reduction crusher. Specially engineered for hard rock quarrying, river gravel processing, mining ore reduction, and construction aggregate production, this machine delivers consistent 12 to 13 mm cubic discharge at throughput rates of 5 to 20 TPH (Tons Per Hour).
Operating on a precision-balanced single-toggle eccentric mechanism, power is transmitted from the 20 to 40 HP heavy-duty induction electric motor via multi-groove V-belts to twin dynamically balanced cast flywheels. As the eccentric shaft rotates, the moving swing jaw swings forward against the stationary fixed jaw, exerting massive compressive fracture force on rock lumps up to 200 mm in feed size. The discharge opening is finely adjustable to produce exact 12-13 mm aggregate for concrete, road base, and mineral processing.
