Equipped with a dynamically balanced heavy inertia flywheel, hardened steel gripper dies, and precision mechanical drive linkages, the machine delivers a uniform output of 100 kg/hr while operating on a compact 5 kW energy-efficient single phase drive. It accurately processes mild steel (MS) wire and high carbon wire ranging from 1 mm to 4 mm into sharp, uniform wire nails from 1 inch to 4 inches in length.

12-Month Factory Warranty & Dispatch Terms
Every nail making machine is rigorously dry-tested and inspected with actual wire feed at our Mandi Gobindgarh workshop before shipment. All machines carry a 12-month standard warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of commissioning.
Payment Terms: 50% advance with order confirmation, 30% during machine fabrication, and 10% after successful on-site trial run. Pan-India transport and sea-worthy export crating available.
